Roasted Red Pepper Breakfast Sammy

Ingredients:

1 loaf 2 Cups Coffee & Bakery Sourdough

Roasted Red Peppers

Goat Cheese, crumbled

Eggs

Smoked Gouda Cheese, shredded

Bacon

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Cook the bacon.

2. Heat up a sautee pan and prepare egg to your preferences (I usually scramble or cook over easy. )

3. While the eggs are cooking, slice the sourdough and toast.

4. Once the eggs are cooked, melt cheese over top.

5. Butter the sourdough, top with eggs, roasted red peppers, bacon, and crumbled goat cheese.

6. Top with another slice of sourdough.

7. Enjoy with fruit or salad!

Pizza Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

1 loaf 2 Cups Coffee & Bakery Pizza Swirl Bread

8 oz fresh mozzarella

Italian sausage, sliced & sauteed

Goat Cheese

Basil Pesto

Instructions:

1. Slice the bread approximately 1/2 inch thick.

2. Spread a thin layer of pesto on the bread and place on a hit griddle.

3. Top with both cheeses and sausage.

4. Once the bread is toasted, combine both sides together.

5. Cook until the cheese is melted.

6. Remove from the griddle, slice in half and enjoy!

Strawberry Brie Flatbread

I took this to a Memorial Day cookout and it was a hit!

Ingredients

2 Cups Coffee & Bakery Pizza Crust

Olive Oil

Brie

Strawberries

Honey

Balsamic Drizzle

Arugula

 

Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    2. Brush olive oil on the 2 Cups Coffee & Bakery Pizza Crust.
    3. Cover with brie slices and sprinkle half of the strawberries over top.
    4. Place in the oven for approximately 10 minutes (depending on your oven). The cheese should be melted and the crust crisp.
    5. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining strawberries over top.
    6. Drizzle honey over strawberries.
    7. Add arugula, then balsamic drizzle.
    8. Enjoy!
