Ingredients:
1 loaf 2 Cups Coffee & Bakery Pizza Swirl Bread
8 oz fresh mozzarella
Italian sausage, sliced & sauteed
Goat Cheese
Basil Pesto
Instructions:
1. Slice the bread approximately 1/2 inch thick.
2. Spread a thin layer of pesto on the bread and place on a hit griddle.
3. Top with both cheeses and sausage.
4. Once the bread is toasted, combine both sides together.
5. Cook until the cheese is melted.
6. Remove from the griddle, slice in half and enjoy!
